Kris Kringle Markt Schedule
Friday, December 1st (5pm-9pm)
All Kris Kringle Markt Activities will kick off immediately following the Holiday Tree Lighting Experience taking place on the Justice Center lawn at 5:15pm. Enjoy the music of the Local 419 Big Band and their holiday setlist before and after the lighting. See the tree get lit for the season and then start exploring the Markt!

Heidelberg University - Enjoy the sounds of strolling carolers and musicians from Heidelberg University's School of Music and Theatre and sing along to help spread that Christmas cheer! They will be making their way through town with their beautiful songs.

High Voltage Coffee Company - A mobile coffee trailer offering coffee, hot chocolate, cider, and more! They will off all your classic favorites along with specialty drinks with a German twist!

Smokin Sows Mobile BBQ Food Truck - With specials such as a bavarian meatball hoagie, beer brat with bavarian kraut, and more themed menu options, you will not want to miss what Smokin Sows is cooking up for you during the Markt!

Lyles Crepes Food Truck - Sweet and savory options await you with fresh and handmade crepe creations from Lyle Crepes!

Visit with Santa - The big man in red is coming to town! After the tree lighting Santa himself will be inside Pan Yan Bookstore for everyone to tell him what's on their wish list. Grab a cup of free hot cocoa (provided by Pan Yan Bookstore) and browse the shelves for the perfect read or gift. There will be a volunteer inside to take photos for you and your whole family and to help capture the memories! Please be patient as Santa works his way down to Pan Yan Bookstore after the tree lighting!

Holiday Tractor & Wagon Rides - Enjoy a ride through downtown being pulled by a tractor that is decorated to the brim with Christmas Spirit. Hay bales will be available to sit on along with blankets and Christmas carols will be lead for some musical fun during your ride! Sign up with the volunteer in City Lot 7 and grab a spot in line for a fun and memorable ride in a Winter Wonderland! Schmidt's Sausage Truck - The fleet of Sausage Trucks from Schmidt's buzz all around Columbus and beyond, including to the Kris Kringle Markt! Awarded “Best Columbus Food Truck” by the Columbus Dispatch, the truck will feature Schmidt’s favorites like the Bahama Mama and the Jumbo Cream Puff.

Double D's Nuts Food Truck - Hand-crafted delicious cinnamon glazed nuts will warm you right up and leave you feeling sweet! Based out of Bluffton, OH, the Double D's Nuts crew creates glazed almonds, cashews, and pecans with a variety of flavors.

Ice Creations - Enjoy seeing pre-carved ice sculptures for viewing and taking in their beauty while also getting to experience a LIVE ice carving demonstration. Sponsored by: Reineke Family Dealerships & Clouse Construction

The Salvation Army Tiffin Citadel - This lot is also dedicated to donations for the Salvation Army Tiffin Citadel. Have a good time while also doing some good! Hear the bell ringing as Lt. Jimmy and his volunteers work to fill up the kettle! There will also be an opportunity to bring hats and mittens for those in need in the community and drop them off along with canned food! Please consider bringing your donations to help others!

Gone Fishin' Food Truck - Based out of Willard, OH, this family owned "Fish & Chips" food truck will delight your taste buds. No need to go searching for other fish in the sea, grab your favorites from Gone Fishin' at the Kris Kringle Markt!

Glaze'Em Gourmet Funnel Cakes Food Truck - Sweetness galore is behind the window at Glaze'Em! Grab a groumet funnel cake (and some napkins) to enjoy at the Markt!

Hear the sounds of the holiday season come to alive! Second UCC Church, located at 156 Jefferson Street, will be hosting a Christmas Carol Sing Along and Organ Concert. Cherry Alley Tree Farm - Stroll through the fresh Christmas tree lot and purchase one to take home for the holidays. Trees will be tagged and can be picked up anytime through Saturday at 1pm. The kiddos will also be able to make reindeer ornaments (made possible by the Wiser & Hafley Families), the perfect addition to hang on your beautiful new tree! Grab a bag of reindeer food to take home for Christmas Eve (they'll be hungry too!) while visiting with friends from Frozen! Olaf, Sven, Anna, and Elsa will be in the Tree Lot from 5:30pm-9pm. The Laird Kindergarten (Located inside The Laird Building)
Bring the kiddos inside to the Laird Building to experience the Kris Kringle Markt's "Laird Kindergarten!" You and the family can warm up and enjoy all kinds of fun German themed activities! Kids can enjoy the following:

Traditional German and Christmas themed coloring pages that will be entered into a coloring contest on Saturday. Judging will take place at 2pm on Saturday, December 2nd inside the Laird building! Special Judges include Bryce Riggs and Marisa Stephens from the Seneca Regional Chamber & Destination Seneca County. Winner will receive a certificate for some delicious Jolly's!
